Looking for a bit of guidance... Looking to buy a business which is currenlty under leasehold with vendor & the current leaseholder. The lease is due to expire next year, the vendor has advised the leaseholder his intentions to sell & the fact they will not be renewing the leasehold. What I need to understand is the legalities of the fixtures & fittings once the lease expires. My understanding is the fixtures & fitting belong to the leaseholder & ithey are entittled to either remove or sell back to the business? I just want to understand my expectiations V reality. Thanks
