Hello
My husband has inherited an apartment in Mallorca which we are now trying to sell. The apartment has a water meter which isn't working. The water meter is a 'sub-meter' ie. not the property of the utilities company.
My husband is a plumber so we have no problem with changing it. Does anyone know where in Palma, Mallorca I could buy one. Or the Spanish phrase for 'plumbers merchants' so that I can google. Have tried googling with my limited knowledge but not getting very far!
