Under a leasing agreement, I understand the owner is responsible for keeping the washing machine, dryer (and all the house appliances) working properly. WHat happens in case of robbery? In my case, the robbers entered the house, took the drier with them and damaged the washing machine. Is the tenant responsible? Since this is not the tenant property, will his RC cover the robbery and damages? Thank you.
