Hello, people of Uganda. I am Brazilian and I want to live there
(Capital). What is the cost of living there (the cheapest possible). Am
retired and do not have much money.

costs of living are really increasing coz a dollar here is at 2400/=
evaluate and see what you can do but i would advice you to visit the place coz you know people are no loner trusted.
but people here are warm and friendly you can stay with them peacefully
