I have a dubai employment visa and having an Indinan nationality.
I didn't get my salary of last 3 months and layoff from work with one month notice period.
I can't survive here so I have to leave the country.
Now, I have a job offer in saudi, I have to process for uae exit visa to enter into saudi but if once i do exit
I don't think so I will get any of my salary amount from company in future.
I wants to know -
1. I've complained in MOHRE, noone came from employer side for discussion in Tawfouq centre. What shall I do further?
2. If I will go to the court, how shall I managed that case if I will not be in dubai.
3. For cancelling the visa, employer may ask me to sign the document said all my dues are clear. What shall I do in this case ?
4. Do I have to cancel my UAE visa before getting a saudi emplyment visa.
