I won't say that you would not get best offline, as you are new in Dubai i would suggest you to buy through the online stores. The online fashion stores like Ounass, Namshi and other are offering the beauty products in the stores so just check them and easily order them. They do provide some offers on products, just check the offers available of each store in Rezeem and get all that you want in discounts. Don't forget t take the skin care products and lotions as it is very much needed in Dubai.
