• Perform primary and secondary testing of instrument transformers (current and voltage transformers), polarity and ratio check
• Perform maintenance and service repairs on pneumatic controls, electric controls and humidity controls.
• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect and maintain HVAC systems

• Troubling shooting of Plc’s(Siemens, Delta, Kinco, AAB, Mitsubishi, )
• Designing and connection of HMI with Plc’s(Kinco & Delta HMI )
• Communication Protocol for SCADA System OPC KEP server Ex V 4.0
• Troubleshooting of All Field Instrument
• Operate Electro Pneumatic control of all type of machines
• Air Compressor’s Maintenance Both Screw and Piston Type
• Single Loop control with controllers(Honeywell, Fuji, AAB,)
• Calibration and maintenance of all type of control valves(Fisher, Honey well, copes Vulcan’s, Valtek, Siemens)

• Calibration and maintenance of all type of Differential Pressure transmitters(Honey well, Yoko Gawa)
• E/P converter and positioner (EAPK, YTC, Siemens & Fisher)
• Recording instrument, Indicators, Totalizes Field mounted & Control Room Mounted(Fuji, Yokogawa, Red lion, Precision Digital, Honeywell & Foxboro)
• All Process variable sensing instrument
• All type of indicators, Totalizes, Controllers, RTD’s Wiring and troubleshooting
• All type of Automatic Bagging scale and Weighbridges Maintenance and operation
