I am an IT Professional (Cyber Security field to be specific) & planning to move to Dubai/Abu Dhabi.

I am looking for answers to few basic questions.

Job Related
How is the job market in IT (Cyber Security)? Are there any sites you recommend for jobs in this field? How do companies take interview when person is in India?
Is salary 100 % Tax free? If company commits X AED, does it mean we get the exact amount?
Do companies give benefits like flight tickets, home, travel, kids education? Do they increase salary if we dont take benefits like Kid's education?
Do we have to come back to India at regular interval (180 days) to save double tax? Do we close our PF/PPF accounts before moving to UAE?
What is the best way to send money back to India? (bank/western union etc), Do bank charge extra for International transfer?
Do people stay in Abu Dhabi & travel to Dubai for work? (Is Abu Dhabi cheaper to stay?)

What is the average rent for Studio/1 BHK? What is 2,3,4 check system? Do we have to pay post dated cheques for whole year in advance? Is there any home deposit to pay?
What are other mandatory expenses related to home? (A/C, Water, Electricity, DEWA etc)?

Any Good sites to purchase used cars?
Which mobile provider offers best calling rates (outgoing calls) to India & data within UAE?
Is there a way we can get FREE Incoming call on Indian SIM? (if someone wants to continue using Indian SIM in UAE only for incoming calls)
Which are best internet providers for home internet? Is Access to facebook, LinkedIn etc blocked? Is usage of VPN required?
