Which region in Dubai you would love to live in?

First thing comes in mind for me would be Marina Dubai or basically anywhere near the beach would be the best for me, not just to take a good adventage of that sun vitamin D but also because I wanna get a dog and do many other sports such as vollyball.

And the closer you get to the beach the higher the rent goes up, simply because property prices are up in such fancy areas.
