uae immigration ban query

hi there, can anyone tell me on which website i can get information bout immigration ban frm abu dhabi,uae..
i worked in abu dhabi for 1 year and 3months, then resigned and had my visa cancellation last december 2010. im trying to get a visit visa again but the agency told me that i have immigration ban, was shocked becuase didnt thought of having one. please help me find a website wherein i can check if the ban really exist en how i got it,,

    hi sir same problem with my friend even he has a new contract letter but same the visa problem the company said that there his first visa is not yet cancel actually he left his previouse job 8 month before without resign and may b possible they ban over him ,what should he hv to do now and any another way, i mean can he uplift the ban by paying some money as panelty

    Hi,

    Is this a Immigration ban or Labour ban ? If it is a immigration ban then the person should wait for the ban period to complete. If its a labour ban then I can assist you

    but my visit category is not family visit, its a commercial visit. i hope there wouldn't be any problem to enter Saudi Arabia

    plz, can someone tell me if the UAE and Saudi Arabia eye scan data is common or not ? i am banned in UAE and now i have got visit visa to saudi arabia and i am just worrying about it.

    Hi Friend,

    I have some doubts to be cleared.

    1) I came in visit visa to UAE and after a long tiresome effort, I got a job and they issued Employment visa to me and I changed the visa status after exiting the first one. The job I got is not a field which I have no experience. So, the salary is very low. I completed the medical formality now and waiting for the next process of visa stamping. Now, a company has offered me a job with a good salary and this one is my own experienced line.

    My doubts are: (a) whether, I can uplift the ban (after I cancel my present visa) by paying a 5000AED?
    (b) whether I can join in the new company and get new visa if the present employer release a N.O.C.?

    Next situation is: One company in my nation, ask me to act as their representative to meet their clients in UAE on part time work basis. Is this legally possible here in UAE?

    Another one is: Can I do a consultancy job as part time, if I get a Freelance consultancy Trade Licence from authority?

    All these part time job seeking is to get some extra income as my present job is low salaried one.
