Dear sir, i have querry i recently joined one hospital just 4 months completed. the doctor whom i am working under is very horrible a lot of harrasment i dont want to work with him. i am not happy with the doctor, i have a good offer from other hospital. my contract is mentioned as 2nd party can not work in another competitor in UAE for 1 year after resignation accord article 127. contract signed for 2 years .what should i do now i dont have any options?? any sugesstions please guide me.
