Al Wasl Hospital, Dubai is the best place for a delivery. For emergencies no health card is required. Any government hospital will accept you free of cost. Relax.

what i told saghar the same applies to your wife. a health card will allow you to access a government clinic or government hospital in your emirate and will be cheaper and better than a private clinic or hospital.

you have not mentioned which trimester your baby is in. so i assume it is not the third trimester. please go to irani hospital, al wasl road, dubai. this is the best hospital for women. in any hospital in the uae you would need a health card except for an emergency. for a health card you need to have a uae residence permit. go to a clinic (al baraha) and obtain a health card.

The best hospital for you would be the city hospital in Health Care City(opposit WAfi Mall)
A friend of mine just delivered. She stayed in her own room for 2 nights including food... delivery and Injection against pain(if you want it) the cost is ca 15.000,- DH.
It is clean, comfortable brand new and good doctors.
    Forget all other recomendations>

    All the best

Thank you very much for yor reply. I was going to leave to Canada to deliver my baby there but there was a change in plan. I dont know any good hospital in UAE from my own experience. What I need is to know which Hospital will have good doctor, good care for me and my baby. I also have no idea about the amount here since me and my husband are not covered by insurance.

I live in Dubai Sharjah road close to Mamzar. Would you help me please to pick the right hospital to go to?
