I’m organizing a win free tour contest for my employees, which includes an all expense paid trip for two people to a mountain ski resort in a nearby town. Everything has been planned, except for the mechanics. Aside from putting an emphasis into their work performance, what other aspects should be included in the mechanics for winning the contest? I’ve run out of ideas here, so any suggestions would be great!

if answer still needed, as usual, the winner is who will achieve some goal, maybe rich a planned sales or exceed it. it depends what your company do and what your goal
