Citizenship is the hardest thing to get, you need to have the permanent residency for 5 years and a monthly income, and some small stuff else-
When you apply for residencia you get the work permit.
BUT here i Uy the salaries are not very high,if you earn 700.- USD you are doing fine.
the prices in the supermarkets are really high, it is not easy to live here
