How to receive money from Vietnam?

I am from the Philippines and I work as an English teacher. I have a Vietnamese student who wishes to continue having lesson with me on Skype, now that she is back in Vietnam. However, we don't know how she could send money to the Philippines. I do transactions using Paypal, bank or money transfer with my students from other countries. She told me that they can only receive money.

Is there any workaround so she can send me the payment?
