Beautiful Sapa

I've heard of the beautiful Spa from some of my friends who visited there and all the glamorous photos make me always want to go see Sapa some time. Is there any reputed travel agency that we can reply on? My friends did suggest me some but they seems not really satisfied with the tour's visiting places...
