We have a volunteer military and less than 1% of the population were deployed to war. So, the divide between those who’ve served and those who haven’t, is getting wider and wider. These veterans can also return with many challenges in the transition back to civilian lives and this can be a long battle. Of these challenges, a significant one is feeling they don’t belong. Sharing their stories is a good beginning in this process of coming home. This is also a great opportunity for the public to learn and celebrate these men and women.
Everyone For Veterans (E4V), together with What They Signed Up For, is putting on this free event. Veterans who had deployed to war will tell their stories. These human stories will touch you. It is a great opportunity for the public to listen and learn, and celebrate these brave men and women.

Nov.11, 2018, 3:00 – 5:00 pm, Rainier Arts Center, 3515 S. Alaska St., Seattle.

The event is free and open to the public.
We hope you can help us get this information out so people are aware of this opportunity to come, listen and learn.
