This will be a great day out for family, friends and anyone with an interest in bodyweight movement !

Junior Bar Monkey championship
Ireland's National Calisthenics Competition

WORKSHOPS
The Workshops and demonstrations will take place in bodyweight movements such as:
Calisthenics | Parkour | Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu | Capoeira
This is a great opportunity to come and learn new forms of training and to experience different ways of movement that showcase how amazing the human body is! 
JUNIOR BAR MONKEY CHAMPIONSHIP
We are delighted to announce that this year we will have a Junior Bar Monkey Championship! 
This will give all young athletes between the ages of 8-12 the opportunity to showcase ther own Calisthenics talent and we are extremely excited to be able to announce and develop this! 
This will be the first Junior Calisthenics competition ever held in the country and will give young people a fantastic opportunity to showcase the amazing talent that is developing in this country!

IRELAND'S NATIONAL CALISTHENICS COMPETITION
This will be Ireland's largest ever National Calisthenics Competition! 
With such an amazing set of Athletes last year and incredible displays of Calisthenics ability, we cannot wait to see what the Athletes will bring this year!
With Athletes from all across the country on show to display amazing feats of strength, freestyle and grace of movement, this competition is not to be missed! For anyone that wants to see the best Calisthenics Athletes in the country you cannot miss this competition.
