Cinderella, Enchanted Edition

Rose Children’s Theatre presents Cinderella, Enchanted Edition, with a cast of over 60 young actors, a live orchestra, beautiful costumes and gorgeous sets including one giant pumpkin coach! The timeless enchantment of a magical fairy tale is reborn with the Rodgers & Hammerstein original charm and elegance, given an updated twist. As adapted for the stage, with great warmth and more than a touch of hilarity, the hearts of children and adults alike still soar when the slipper fits. Directed by Dody Hansen with assistant directors Karen Olsen and Jeannette Engel; choreography by Adam Kelly.

Director Dody Hansen: "You can be whatever you want to be" Is the theme of this fun, over the top rendition of the classic story of a girl who becomes a lady who sees hope and happiness is possible even in the most dire of situations. The Prince, Christopher and his buddy Lionel are determined to find a lady who loves him for himself and not his crown. The hilarious step sisters and their domineering mother show us the true meaning of silliness and dysfunctional society.
The beautiful ensemble will dance you all the way to midnight and charm you with their harmonious melodies. With a full live orchestra conducted by Chris Holt , and amazing sets, this is not to be missed. See you at the ball. Performances on:
