Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes. This is an event for adults to relax and enjoy the summer weather. 21 and older, please.

What's the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final.  
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, but ID is required. 
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, just reach out or access your ticket online to make changes.  
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, you can change the name on the ticket by accessing the information on the Eventbrite website.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
We prefer to have tickets updated to the name of the attendee. If purchasing tickets for multiple guests, please arrive together so we can confirm.
