Folk Weekend: Oxford presents James and David Delarre

James and David Delarre first became known as the firestorm force behind the Essex-based band Mawkin. These days they can be seen playing with Eliza Carthy MBE, Topette! and Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel. Join them for this one off special where they play a selection of tunes and songs from their back catalogue as well as some new material written specifically for this set.

We are offering three ticket types for this event:

- Standard ticket is the ‘normal’ price that we would charge for the event
- Pay a bit more is for those who can afford to, and would like to help support live music and our artists
- Pay a bit less is for those who would find the standard ticket a bit of a stretch, for whatever reason

You can purchase whichever ticket you like; you don’t need to give a reason, and you won’t be asked for any proof of need. For online events you only need to purchase one ticket per household/computer.

We are trialling this ticket system to help make our events more accessible to more people, and to allow those who would happily pay a bit more to do so easily, helping us to subsidise tickets for those who can’t afford them.
