Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Ashby de la Zouch November 2022

Funhouse Comedy Club returns to the Lyric Rooms, Ashby-de-la-Zouch on Thursday November 3rd for a night full of laughter.

Topping the bill is Perrier Award nominee Luke Toulson, whose TV appearances include 'Russell Howard's Good News'. Very blunt but very pleasant he manages to beguile his audiences with his fast delivery, his outbursts of cheerful personal put-downs and frustrating observations.

Opening the night will be Canadian Bobby Mair, a uniquely talented funnyman, with an unusually appealing mind. His UK move saw him gain instant notoriety as he secured a three-day stint opening for his favourite comedian Doug Stanhope at Leicester Square Theatre. He has appeared on BBC2's Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Ch4's 8 Out of 10 Cats, BBC3's Russell Howard's Good News and Sweat The Small Stuff and was the opening act at the 2014 NME Awards. Once you've seen him you won't forget him!

Also appearing will be Peter Buckley Hill with his musical comedy and clever wordplay.

Completing the line-up is Adam Beardsmore with his disgruntled view of his life and answering the questions, no one asked.

Compere for the night will be the energetic and animated Spiky Mike.
