Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Ashby-de-le-Zouch Feb 2018

ENGLISH COMEDIAN OF THE YEAR COMPETITION IN ASHBY-DE-LA-ZOUCH

Funhouse Comedy is pleased to be presenting a regional heat of the prestigious national ‘English Comedian of the Year’ competition at the Lyric Rooms, Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

The Competition is open to all comedians either born in England or permanently resident here, who have been performing regularly for more than a year. The heat will have 10 comedians, the top three on the night decided by an audience vote; will go forward to the next round.

The final, will take place at The Comedy Store, London in September, where the winner will receive £1000 and a trip to perform at the Australian fringe festivals in Perth and Adelaide.

The warm and welcoming Spiky Mike will be host and compere on the night.
