Funhouse Comedy Club brings another great night of laughter, to The Old Bell Hotel, Derby on Friday December 27th.

Topping the bill is Irish comedian Martin Mor. Starting out as a circus entertainer he then decided to turn to stand-up. Having supported Frankie Boyle, Jack Dee, Lee Evans, Jasper Carrot, Patrick Kielty, Johnny Vegas, Steve Coogan, and once Tina Turner on Tour he is one of the most popular and well travelled comics on the circuit. His fiery insults often directed at audience members, are accepted with laughter when delivered by this gentle giant of a man.

Opening the night will be the charismatic and highly talented Sony Award winner, Tom Wrigglesworth, comedian, Radio and TV presenter and voice-over artist who has had two series’ on BBC Radio 4. An articulate and natural raconteur, he possesses an innate ability to riff with an audience like they’re old friends. His warm and hilarious tales, told with true passion never fail to captivate the crowd.

Completing the line-up is the quietly confident, appealing and quick-witted Ben Briggs who takes people on a hilarious journey with his amazingly funny stories.

Compere for the night is Barry Dodds, winner of Best MC, Midlands Comedy Awards 2015, 2016 and 2017, who captivates everyone with his energy, spirit and tantalizing wit.
