Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Derby November 2023

Funhouse Comedy Club brings another great night of laughter to Derby Rugby Club on Friday November 24th.

Topping the bill is the intelligent fast fire Rob Mulholland who is known for his intricately woven, gag-packed stories. After reaching the finals of the prestigious Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year competition, he went on to win English Comedian of the Year. Tour support for Gary Delaney, he also became a regular feature as the character 'Death' on the iconic touring show Panelbeaters and is a writer for 'Mock the Week'.

Opening the night will be Irish comedian Martin Mor. Starting out as a circus entertainer he then decided to turn to stand-up. Having supported Frankie Boyle, Jack Dee, Lee Evans, Jasper Carrot, Patrick Kielty, Johnny Vegas, Steve Coogan, and once Tina Turner on Tour he is one of the most popular and well-travelled comics on the circuit. His fiery insults often directed at audience members, are accepted with laughter when delivered by this gentle giant of a man.

Completing the line-up will be Anthony Ayton, being a London kid who was the first black guy at an all-white boarding school, he has a unique and hilarious perspective on life which he weaves skilfully.

Compere for the night will the positive, amiable and amusing Dave Bryon.
