Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Oakham March 2025

Funhouse Comedy Club returns to the Grainstore Brewery, Oakham on Thursday March 20th for another night full of laughter.

Topping the bill is Roger Monkhouse one of the most experienced acts in the business. His deadpan style and quick wit make him one of the best acts out there, and he is a regular fixture at top venues all over the country, as well as performing extensively throughout the rest of the world.

Opening the night will be Irish comedian Andrew Maxwell who has appeared on several TV programmes, including 'Live At The Apollo' and 'Mock The Week', as well as having his own Radio 4 series. A connoisseur of the ridiculous, and yet not the slightest bit cynical, with hard-hitting and hilarious material covering a variety of topics.

Completing the line-up the clever and amusing character act, Mad Ron, who amid his threatening manner, this unapologetic rogue bemoans such 'modern' developments as vaping or email and has amusingly intolerant lines to explain why.

Compere for the night will be Jon Pearson, with his laid-back storytelling and relatable anecdotes that have people in hysterics.
