Funhouse Comedy Club returns to The Golf Club, Retford on Saturday September 14th for a great night of laughter.

Topping the bill is comedian, writer, radio broadcaster and TV presenter Nick Page, semi-finalist on last year's ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ and winner of English Comedian of the Year 2017. The seemingly indestructible, larger than life, award winning English comic, whose life is a series of disasters, somehow turning into unlikely triumphs. No gimmicks, no PowerPoint, no props and no flipcharts. Just stories and belly laughs, he is a master of his art.

Opening the night will be comedian and writer Stuart Mitchell, who has written jokes for a number of TV programmes including 'Mock the Week'. After winning The Leicester Comedy Festival New Act of The Year Competition in 2010 he went on to appear on TV in ‘Frank Skinner’s Opinionated’, where he received a standing ovation from the panel members. His clever and cynical material is both hilarious and inspirational.

Completing the line-up is the hilarious Simon Lomas who finished 3rd in ‘English Comedian of The Year Competition in 2017 and last year won ‘Petfringe Comedian of The Year’, the biggest prize in live comedy. He captivates the audience with his imaginative and enjoyable wordplay.

Compere for the night will be the cheerful, chatty and entertaining Dave Bryon.
