Goswell & Milne presents: Summer pop-up Supper Club with Larkhall

We are delighted to welcome Goswell and Milne, guest chefs, back for an evening of Summertime food, music and excellent company. Expect unusual combinations of falvours and an adventure with every bite - using the highest quality organic & local ingredients, lovingly prepared from scratch.
This event is by booking only and bookings will close 2 days beforehand to give our chefs plenty of time to order and prepare!  Previous supper clubs have sold out so book early to avoid disappointment.Our supper clubs are a chance to sample new flavours and make new friends - guests are seated dinner-party style around a large table in our gallery, giving the opportunity for interesting conversation with your meal.

 
THE MENU (8 courses)
Zoe Goswell-Milne says:  'We are going for local and sustainable as usual; but we think it could be our best yet, with lots of surprises!'
Smørrebørd canapés 
1st - Isle of Wight tomato salad
2nd - Compressed cucumber, broad bean, preserved lemon, dill, mint sorbet
3rd - Smoked mushroom, kimchi, baked potato puree, plum gel
4th - Pearl barley risotto, puffed barley, watercress, peach and radish, nasturtium leaves
5th - Veg patch, highlighting seasonal produce. Umami demi-glace, lemon thyme fondant potatoes, fermented leeks, nettle puree, roasted pink peppercorn strawberries. 
6th - Sweet meadow dessert. Roast berries, tarragon, opaline with strawberry powder and dehydrated strawberries, lemon balm parfait, caramelized nettles
7th - An ode to the seaside. Sweet flavours reminiscent of trips to the coast.
8th - Truffles and coffee/ espresso martinis
We are also delighted to welcome special guests this evening:
Larkhall, who will be playing music in between courses.
