The centre aims to promote the art of sustainable happiness by satisfying your physical, emotional and spiritual needs - all in one place. There is no place like OM! We have an amazing programme for the entire day showcasing some of the various activities that we will be running at the centre on a regular basis. You are welcome to attend one, a few or all sessions:

14.00-15.30 - Henna Art Fest: Henna Arts, Face Painting, Try a Sari
We invite you to take part in a beautiful Henna Art tradition. Besides giving colour to the hands, Henna is a very powerful medicinal herb. Henna is also a very effective way to de-stress, because it cools the body and keeps the nerves from becoming tense. Moreover, Henna creates a wonderful connection between the henna artist and the recipient with a meditation from both until the masterpiece manifests.

16.00-17.30 - Mantra Movement with Daniel Gronan - a fusion of mindful movement and sound
Prince's Trust award winner, Daniel is a much loved Yoga teacher who has praised community, yoga and music for saving his life from the clutches of mental illness. Now he combines all of these in a unique offering he calls “The Mantra Movement Project”. This project was born out of his desire to cultivate a sense community that inspires empowerment through participation in uplifting group experiences.
