"Every Monday, about 70 women make their way to our offices in central London. They are all women who have come to the UK seeking refuge from persecution. Most of them have experienced rape or sexual violence, some have been trafficked to this country and some have fled vicious conflicts. They are all longing to find a safe place to rebuild their lives.

We provide a space for these women to support one another, eat together and learn English. We do this at the lowest cost possible, but this costs £10 per woman per week."
