Library Foundation Luncheon with Historian Beverly Tetterton

Hear Beverly Tetterton's slide lecture on The History of Postcards at the Library Foundation of New Hanover County's annual fundraising luncheon. Oct 24, 11 am, Pine Valley Library, $50 donation.

Historian Beverly Tetterton will present a slide lecture on The History of Postcards at the Library Foundation's annual luncheon. Beverly has collected postcards personally since childhood, as well as professionally for 31 years in her capacity as Local History Librarian at NHCPL, now retired. She
will share images from both her own and the library's collections.

The fundraising luncheon is being catered by Angie's of Chris' Restaurant at the Pine Valley Library on Thursday, Oct 24, at 11:30 am. Reservations are required for a suggested donation of $50 per person. Tables for 8 with signage are available for Gold ($500) and Platinum ($1000) sponsors.
