"Night of Sufi Music to Benefit the Santa Fe Indian Center" featuring Persian sufi music by master muscians Houman Pourmehdi & Javad Butah.

Sufi Service Committee presents "Night of Sufi Music to Benefit the Santa Fe Indian Center". The Santa Fe Indian Center is an organization run by Native Americans in Santa Fe, New Mexico which supports Native Americans and promotes Native American rights. There will be a short talk given by Dr. Hasbah Roessel, president of the Santa Fe Indian Center, concerning the work of SFIC . Tea, coffee and apetifs will be served. There will then be a concert of classical Persian music and sufi poetry with master musicians Houman Pourmehdi on tambour & Javad Butah on tabla. All proceeds will benefit the Santa Fe Indian Center.
