North Canton Jaycee Fair
A summertime tradition for the North Canton community for 68 years, the North Canton Jaycee Fair is a family-friendly, fun time with great food, rides and games. Hosted by the North Canton Jaycees, all proceeds from the fair help fund our service projects throughout the year which include Special Olympics, Safety Town, and the Fourth of July parade and fireworks (the Celebration in the Park). Parking and entry are free. Games and rides are moderately priced for families.
Kids will enjoy the rides (tickets are USD 1 or 12 tickets for USD 10 and wristbands are USD 20 for unlimited rides for a day and will be available all week) and the adults will love the Jaycee Charitable Gaming Tent, featuring Texas Hold 'Em, Black Jack, a horserace wheel, and chuck-a-luck. The fair runs from 6 to 11 p.m. each evening, Monday through Saturday. The gaming tent will be open Tuesday through Saturday starting at 7 p.m. The tent will close at 11 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, but it will remain open until midnight Friday and Saturday evenings. We also have 2 ATM machines at the fair.
New this year is a "Family Activity Tent" which will have a covered seating area for fairgoers to have a place to sit and eat and relax. We will have our raffle baskets on displayed in the tent that we our selling tickets to all week. We will draw the winners on Saturday June 15. There will be fun filled family activities on Monday June 10 at our Family Night. We have a fun night plan for family night that includes the Hudson Jaycees doing face painting, the Barberton Jaycees brining the Cherry Blossom Court, the Canton Charge Girls, our mascots, the hedgehogs (Juliet and Henry), and a photo booth. Family night runs from 6-11pm on Monday June 10. The cost of taking photos in the photo booth is USD 5.
