Pizza e Pazzi x Taste For Luxury Dinner

Pizza e Pazzi is joining forces with Taste for Luxury, an importer and distributor with "rare and precious foods" to bring you a delicious 4-course meal experience. The event will be held on November 28th with our first course being served at 7:30 PM.
Throughout the evening, you will have a choice of a glass of Visintini Merlot or Visintini Friulano wine, carefully selected and imported from Friulano, Italy by our exclusive supplier, Mondo Wines.

This 4 Course Luxury Ingredients Menu Includes:

Course 1: Burrata alla Valtellina w/ Bresaola + Watercress Salad
Your evening will begin with a delicious Burrata alla Valtellina. Our fresh Burrata, imported straight from Italy will be served with Bresaola from Valtellina, Italy, placed on a bed of watercress salad.

Course 2: Handmade Truffle Tagliatelle in a White Alba Truffle Cream Sauce w/ Crispy Truffle Chips
Next on the menu, you'll enjoy handmade truffle tagliatelle in a white Alba truffle cream sauce, topped with perfectly crispy truffle chips. White Alba truffles are a rare luxury, available only for a couple months a year, making them the most precious ingredient on this menu.

Course 3: Assortment of Artisan Flavoured Cheeses. Served with Balsamic Fig Jam and Fresh Fruits
To cleanse your palette and ensure you experience the final course for its entire excellence, reaching your table next will be a carefully picked assortment of artisan flavoured cheeses served with balsamic fig jam and fresh fruits.

Course 4: Silky, Organic Hazelnut and Chocolate Panna Cotta, drizzled with a homemade Wild Berry Jam
