Riches to Rags is a story of three techies who quit their day jobs to pursue stand up comedy.

Riches To Rags is a standup comedy show featuring Richard Sarvate, Abhay Nadkarni & Samson Koletkar-3 Indian Americans with Silicon Valley tech careers turned stand-up comedians. They poke fun at life, love, marriage, kids, politics, immigration, and of course, their tech careers.

A former Product Manager at Selectica, Silicon India listed Samson in "10 Indian Comedians Who Found Success in the U.S." He is the world's only Indian Jewish Stand-Up Comedian, married to a Hindu woman, and adopted an American child. He has performed his cerebral, intelligent, clean brand of humor with biting social, political and religious commentary across USA, Canada & India.

Richard quit his job as Yahoo Mail programmer to pursue a more "lucrative" career in Stand-Up. He is a comedian with an alternative sense of humor. He is Indian, though his last name was butchered during an immigration debacle. His jokes range from introspective subjects like his mother’s schizophrenia to a taqueria that serves fortune churros. He performs all over U.S. & recently did a 19-shows tour of India.

Abhay is an audiophile by day and comedian by night. He moved from South India to South Central Los Angeles. As an outsider living inside America, his act centers around him trying to fit into the American way of life. He has been featured on Huffington Post, SF Chronicle, NDTV, and is the co-founder of Desi Comedy Fest, the largest annual South Asian comedy festival in America.
