Soar and Smores

Get a first look at the all new Black Hills Raptor Center facility! This family event will provide a tour of the entire project. The avian ambassadors will be out to meet you! Walk the grounds with a tour guide, just as if you are an injured raptor being brought in for treatment. Will you need an x-ray? Will you be dehydrated and in need of fluids? Our guides will walk you through a realistic scenario and would be thrilled to answer any questions you have.

After the tour, you can roast a marshmallow to your preferred degree of doneness and grab individually packaged ingredients to create and enjoy a s'more. If you're looking for holiday gifts that will delight and support our cause, we will also have merchandise available.

To keep your experience fun and safe, we will be doing tours with small groups every 20 minutes. Please register below for a specific time so that we will be ready to greet you!
