You'll sample an array of chocolates from across the globe, perfectly paired with spirits that will have you cheering for more. Learn how these delectable treats are made, how to best serve them, and secrets that will take your pairing game up a notch.

This class will be held Online through Zoom. Tasting Kits are available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option. For those who wish to purchase their own spirits and chocolate, lists will be provided ahead of time so that you may taste along at home.
