The Tai Chi 24 Forms is the standardized, simplified version agreed on by all the Tai Chi Masters in China in 1956. The form takes 5 minutes to perform once you learn it. Great for beginners.

You will learn the Tai Chi walk, and a way to remember the sequences through story, watching, and doing. Once you have the basic sequence down you can practice whenever you have 5 minutes to spare. Tai Chi is great for balance, and is also excellent moving meditation for those who don't like sitting meditation. Great for beginners, we'll learn some of the forms as standing Qigong before walking and chewing gum at the same time. ;o))
