Leading national builder and developer Taylor Morrison is expanding its new-home offerings with the opening of its Greenfield Ranch community in Gilbert.

The grand opening will take place on Saturday, Oct. 12, with tours of two professionally decorated model homes, Taylor Morrison’s Blanca and Crestone floor plans, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and complimentary food and beverages, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., while supplies last.

Greenfield Ranch is located near San Tan Village Mall and Marketplace, with ample shopping and dining options, and Gilbert’s newly opened Regional Park. With 272-acres of recreation planned, the park’s first phase with children’s playgrounds, a splash pad, ramadas and picnic areas opened to fanfare in late September.

These spacious single-story homes are ideal for entertaining. Options include gourmet or chef’s kitchens, formal dining rooms, extended owner’s suites, bonus rooms, and multi-generational suites. Pricing starts from the mid $500,000s.

Taylor Morrison’s Capstone Collection includes three floor plans that range in size from 3,534 to 4,333 square feet with 3 to 5 bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 baths and 4- to 6-car garages. Options include an exercise room in the owner’s suite, a multi-generational suite, a casita, a 5- or 6-car garage, and more. Pricing starts in the low $600,000s.
