The Chocolate Expo 2017 at the New Jersey Expo Center in Edison, Nj

The Chocolate Expo features tastings & sales of chocolates, baked goods, specialty foods, ice cream, cheeses, wines and much more, along with celebrity chef demos, lectures and entertainment.

The Chocolate Expo, America's largest chocolate event, returns to The New Jersey Convention & Exposition Center in Edison, NJ. More than 80 local and regional vendors will offer tastings & sales of chocolates, baked goods, specialty foods, ice cream, cheeses, wines and more.

Celebrity chefs Larry Rosenberg (Guy's Grocery Games), Tony Albanese (Cake Boss and Cake Wars) and Barret Beyer (Hell's Kitchen) will be conducting demos, while chocolate book author Rabbi Debbie Prinz and local chocolate expert Elyissia Chinchilla will be making presentations on chocolate.

Special musical guests, The Nerds -- New Jersey's favorite cover band -- will be performing in the Expo Center's Main Ballroom
