Worcester Youth Orchestras Spring Auditions

The Worcester Youth Orchestras welcome all interested students (Grades 12 and under) to audition for our 2022-2023 Season (Sept '22 to May 2023), with optional Summer 2022 Session (June 20th to June 24th). Admission is open to all instruments (strings, winds, brass, percussion, keyboard, harp) in orchestra, jazz, band and chamber music. Join more than 200 students from across Central Massachusetts who share a love and passion for music making as well as making new friends. This diverse group of students rehearse weekly with their ensembles and perform 5-6 times a season at venues such as Mechanics Hall. Previous performances have included Polar Park, The Massachusetts State House for Governor Baker and The Governor's State of the Union. Monday, May 16th, 2022 and Tuesday, May 17th, 2022 from 4pm to 8pm.

No student will be turned away due to financial hardship. ALL WYO students receive an automatic tuition subsidy through the generosity of our supporters. Families seeking additional financial aid or scholarships should contact the Artistic Director by email. Financial Aid, Scholarships and Work Study programs are available to all students and families.
