- I and my family have been living in South Africa on a Political Refugee status since 1996.The South African Government has refused to renew our refugee status although we have been persecuted by the Angolan Government and we have lost all our immediate family members back home .We have been undocumented since then .Therefore , we cannot access all kind of social services in the above country and cannot work .Life has been very difficult for me , my children and wife
