Croatian citizens in Baden-Wurttemberg and Hamburg can work ?

Hello, im Dino from Bosnia, and i have Croatian citizenship...

I wanted to ask can we work in this regions legaly since Croatia is EU member now ?...

also if someone is having some job to offer i would be thankfull...
