Before getting marriage

i am engaged with a palestinian guy living in saudi arabia
he asks me for a wedding in india
but i want to know if he is divorced already-as what he said- in saudi
where can i get records of divorce
and i want to know any problem that may arise in case i want to move with him on saudi
