If you could give a foreigner one piece of advice about moving to Melborne, what would it be?

Be prepared to pay large costs for a house and even larger costs for a small apartment in Melbourne. This will really only matter if you are looking for one in the city area and i cant really say for the suburbs. (It could be that you pay more in your country, but this is my advice :P)
