importing cars from the usa

hi i want to buy a classic car from he usa to spain its a 1968 mustang and i cost me 15.000 euros would like to know all the costs i would have to pay for it to be ok to drive here in spain i would like to know the import charge how much to register it on spainish plates and does it need to go on classic car plates all these things i really need to know
