Hi, we have a farmhouse in Italy and we got cut off from the electricity supply as the bills were going to the wrong address. How easy is it to get something setup online to get connected again? I have no experience in dealing with this as someone else was taking care of it.

The best you can do is to phone and find a solution: likely you'll need to pay the old bills before to get on new contracts
