Pay Scale for Assistant Professor in Oman

Hi, I am here with the same question, from the sources I came to know that they will provide 1000 OMR for the lecturers and 1100 OMR for Asst. prof., anyway how your friend is doing now? How much he's making and saving?
Can you please provide information, how he get the Job offer, I have attended the interview through consultant and they will pay 1000 OR to me, is it sufficient?
