I invite to dialogue(english,french,russian)in Moscow

I speak a little on french and i have desire to learn english.
I live in Moscow and ideally i search for the partner studying russian for dialogue in the evenings.My english on zero but i quickly study.I have forgotten partially french but i remember quickly.I have a barrier psychological in dialogue in a foreign language.I timid.But i like to communicate on themes of a society, spirituality, a policy, art.I'm russian jew of the polish origin.
I search for the interesting interlocutor on correspondence.
I work in the field of the immigration right in Russia.I will be glad to answer questions of the rights of foreigners in this country..
