The full moon rising over Cypress Mountain is spectacular. On a clear night moonlight shimmers on the water illuminating the surrounding shoreline. These views are best seen from a kayak away from city lights. 1 child under 50 lbs can ride for free when joined by two adults in a double kayak.
This special tour is only offered on the evenings closest to the full moon. This tour is suitable for all skill levels and families are welcome. We meet at the kayak shop in Snug Cove. The time we launch from the dock for this tour varies by moonrise. If you need to catch the ferry to Horseshoe Bay, we guarantee your return in time for the last crossing.
